At The Rehearsal App™, we respect your privacy and believe you should have control over your personal information.

If you would like to delete your account and associated personal data, you may submit a deletion request by contacting our support team.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your account and personal data, please email us at:

support@therehearsal.app

Please include the following information:

• Your full name

• The email address associated with your account

• Any additional information that will help us identify your account

We may contact you to verify your identity before processing your request.

What Will Be Deleted

Once your request has been verified and processed, we will permanently delete:

• Your user account

• Your profile information

• Your group memberships

• Your personal settings and preferences

• Other personal information associated with your account

What May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained when required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:

• Records necessary to comply with legal obligations

• Information required for fraud prevention or security investigations

• Limited system logs needed for maintaining the integrity and security of our services

Any retained information will only be kept for as long as required by applicable law or legitimate operational needs.

Processing Time

Most deletion requests are processed within 30 days of identity verification.

A few notes before you publish:

1. Use a real support email. If you don't already have one, I recommend support@therehearsal.app once your domain email is set up.

2. Only promise what your app actually does. If users cannot yet delete their own account inside the app, don't say they can. The wording above is accurate because it describes deletion by request.

3. Google may review this page alongside your Privacy Policy. Make sure both documents are consistent about what data you collect, how it's used, and how users can request deletion.

This version is appropriate for Google Play's Data Deletion requirements while remaining flexible as you continue developing The Rehearsal App™.
